Shipping and Mailing
We are a small family business and because of certain circumstances, we usually ship items once a week. It usually takes about 3-5 business days to send out. The time in transit depends on where you live. We are located in Western NY, so it may take a few days on the east coast or a week or more on the west coast. If you need something asap for a special event like a birthday, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you. We usually ship via US mail.
Damaged parcels
If you receive your order and the parcel is damaged, take photos of the parcel before you open it so that we can we make the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) aware of it. If you are there when the parcel arrives, make the carrier aware of it immediately and do not accept the parcel, stating the reason is because it is damaged.
We will pay the shipping cost to return it and issue a full refund or send a replacement if one is available at no charge.
