- How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart/quote. Fill in the form with your name and info. We will make sure we have the items in stock, compute shipping and handling charges, and email you the total. After you pay via PayPal or Venmo, we ship your order.
- What does “Request a quote” do?
A quote is a pre-order, so we can let you know how much the total would be with shipping and handling.

- How do I pay for my order?
We accept Paypal and Venmo.
- How long will my order take to get to me?
We are a small family business and because of certain circumstances, we usually ship items once a week. It usually takes about 3-5 business days to send out. The time in transit depends on where you live. We are located in Western NY, so it may take a few days on the east coast or a week or more on the west coast. We usually ship via US mail. If you need something asap for a special event like a birthday, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
- Can I change, cancel, or return my order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. If it has already been shipped, most items can be returned with 10 days of arrival for a refund, less shipping costs. No shipping costs either way are refunded. Items must be in the original condition that we sent them. Sealed items that are opened are not returnable. Product packaging must be returned with no rips or tears, all pieces from a set or kit must be returned, and no alterations made to the item. Refunds are made through the way you paid, either Paypal or Venmo. Any package that is refused at the time of delivery (except for damaged parcels) will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. How should I package my return order?
All original packaging of the items must be returned. Your return order should be packaged exactly as you received it to be eligible for the refund. If the package arrives back to us damaged due to insufficient packaging, it may only qualify for a partial refund, if any at all.
Any package that is refused at the time of arrival without damage as the reason and visible signs of damage to the parcel will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
- What if my order is damaged in the shipping process?
If you receive your order and the parcel is damaged, take photos of the parcel before you open it so that we can we make the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) aware of it. If you are there when the parcel arrives, make the carrier aware of it immediately and do not accept the parcel, stating the reason is because it is damaged.
We will pay the shipping cost to return it and issue a full refund or send a replacement if one is available at no charge.
- Do we accept international orders?
Yes! As with domestic US orders, we will send you a price quote for the total including shipping and handling.
- Are these items new or used?
Almost all of these items are old store stock. The few items that are used (primarily Smurf miscellaneous items) are described accordingly with condition given. These items come from a non-smoking environment. Some items, primarily paper products, may have a faint stale or mustiness to them which should vanish within a short time.
We are very sorry but we do not grade product package condition. Product packages may or may not have imperfections.
- Do the collectible items come in original boxes?
Yes!, if the collectibles originally came with packaging! Please be aware many figures came with no package, a certain quantity of them simply mixed together in a plastic bag or box. The few items that are missing their box (primarily Smurf misc. items) indicates that in the description and priced accordingly. See “Interesting Facts about the Manufacturers” to learn which companies boxed their merchandise.

- Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, for a small fee. The minimum fee is $5. Large items may be more. Please ask.
- I don’t see the product I’m looking for, what should I do next?
Please be patient and check back later. It is possible we have what you’re looking for but it is not listed on our website. It is taking us considerable time to go through the stock, photograph it, and list it on our website.
- How do I know if ordering online is secure?
We do not get any of your payment information. All payments are made through Paypal or Venmo.
To help determine if your connection is secure, look at the status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) should be active, which helps to protect the transmission of information through the website. You should also verify that the URL for the page you are on includes “https” at the beginning. Most browsers offer additional security alerts as well.
